The first ever TEDxBedford took place on June 15th 2013 and brought innovative and inspiring thinking to our town in order to kick-start new initiatives that make our local community a better place to live and work.

TEDxBedford 2013 was a one-day conference comprising of live talks and performances interspersed with the screening of a number of carefully selected prerecorded TEDTalks. The event was strictly limited to 100 people (including the speakers) and was an intimate and intense experience of listening, conversation, eating and networking.

The theme was ‘Everday Radicals’ and there was a diverse range of speakers from a variety of disciplines and backgrounds. For more information on the speakers from our inaugural event please visit the 2013 speakers and performers pageTEDxBedford 2013 was curated by Kayte Judge & Andrew Nadin.
